Location: Louden Road (Town of Wilton) Tax Map #: 154.-2-41.4 Zoning: Rural Residential Received from the City of Saratoga Springs on August 9, 2024. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on September 19, 2024. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board reviewed this project for a special use permit in November 2023 with no significant county-wide or intercommunity impact. The Saratoga County Planning Board recognized the road access for this project is located in the Town of Wilton (154.-1-47.12), zoned R-1 Residential. There will need to be coordination with the Town of Wilton on this project for access to the site. As a reminder, GML-239nn requires proposed special use permits, use variances, site plans and subdivisions within 500 ft. of an adjacent municipality’s shared boundary to notify the neighboring clerk, by mail or electronic transmission, of the pending project at least 10 days prior of any hearing.
