Outlook Avenue and Division Street.
My primary concerns include:
Groundwater Table: The filling and grading activities may alter
the natural flow and absorption of groundwater in the area. This
could result in changes to the groundwater table, affecting the
local residents and businesses. I request that a comprehensive
hydrogeological study be conducted to assess these potential
impacts before proceeding.
Environmental Impact: The proposed site work could disrupt
the local ecosystem, including natural habitats for wildlife and
vegetation.
Impact on the Community: Any changes to the environment
and groundwater table may also affect the well-being of the
surrounding community. Increased risk of flooding or water
quality issues could have long-lasting effects on property
values and the overall quality of life for residents in the vicinity.
I respectfully ask that the Planning Board ensures that these
concerns are thoroughly addressed in the review process and
that appropriate mitigation measures are implemented to
protect our community and environment.
