The two buildings proposed on the west side of Allen LO Drive will consist of 28 residential units each and the building located to the east side of Allen Drive will have 12 residential units on the second floor and CD incorporate a retail component consistent with local zoning ordinances on the CD ground floor. A total of (68) units will be provided and approximately 12,000 square feet of retail. New off-street parking will be provided per local zoning ordinances. The proposed buildings will be connected to public water and sanitary sewer within Allen Drive. No municipal stormwater conveyance systems exist within adjacent municipal streets, all proposed stormwater will be managed on-site per NYSDEC stormwater regulations. The overall project area is approximately 5.1 r--I acres comprised of approximately 3.79 acres on the west side of Allen Drive zoned UR-4 Urban Residential-4 and approximately 1.27 acres on the east side of Allen pp y �.. Water Service A new 2" type "k" copper domestic water service will be provided to each Allendale Supportive Housing Allen Drive, Saratoga Springs, NY Page 3 of 4 7/31/2019 proposed building. Each service will be tapped off the municipal water main located within Allen Drive and continue into a first-floor utility room where a domestic meter and backflow preventor will be installed prior to connection to the building domestic service. A new 4" AWWA C-900 PVC fire service will be provided to each proposed building. The proposed building is not located in a 100-year flood plain. Disinfection of the water service following installation will be continuous feed, according to AWWA C-651, latest revision.
