As per submitted application and associated narrative, revised utility and grading plan, stormwater management report and conclusion of design engineer, Kurt Bedore, P.E., "It is our professional opinion that the existing stormwater management system is adequate to serve the fully developed condition without further modification insofar that the remainder of the project (lot 4) is developed in general compliance with the approved subdivision plans and without rain gardens". And, in accordance with Subdivision Approval—Administrative Action in the Unified Development Ordinance (I 4.2 B.)the Chair determined that the proposed modification is a minor, non-substantive change to the original approval, and therefore; C� Approve Utility and Grading Plan with revision date 6/2 I/2024 Note: All conditions of original approval granted April 23, 2014 shall remain in effect.
