HomeMy WebLinkAbout20240482 74 Fifth Variance Extension Revised Plans September 18, 2024 Saratoga Zoning Board of Appeals Regarding: 74 Fifth Avenue Julia, We are submitting an updated floor plan and enlarged site plan for the 74 Fifth Avenue project that has been submitted to the ZBA and on the agenda for September 23, 2024. The only modifications made relate to the Patio layout on the south elevation (track side). The owners and I met with their neighbor (72 Fifth Avenue) today to discuss the project and the requested variances to ensure they would be in support of the project. The neighbor’s request was to relocate the patio grill and pizza oven to the east side of the patio to maintain their view to the track. In an effort to work with the neighbor, we are submitting a revised floor plan and site plan showing the relocation of the grill and pizza oven to the East side of the patio. Based on this modification, the neighbor indicated they will attend the zoning meeting on September 23, 2024, to speak in favor of the requested variances for the project. There are no other modifications to the design or requested variances anticipated at this time.
