Zone B E-1 5 Current Building – South Side Formerly: Pulmonology and OB/GYN Practices 6 E-1 E-2E-3 E-6 E-5 Zone BPUD Amendment - Structured Parking Allow structured parking in Zones E-1, E-2, E-3, E-5, E-6 7 Other Provisions •Site Plan review by the Planning Board required for the CSA building and parking structures •Child daycare permitted as an accessory use •Expiration of zoning approval for all uncompleted projects expires on January 1, 2039
