Comments The proposed building as rendered has no more architectural
value than the current buildings it is proposed to replace.
Buildings, especially in the downtown business district should
reflect the historical and architectural values of Saratoga. This
building looks like every other recently constructed building in
downtown Saratoga. Non-descript and without historical
character. Saratoga will soon be without character and not be
distinguishable from other cities.
