ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION
In the matter of the request for administrative action relating to application

to approve the building wall and freestanding signs. All vinyl materials have been revised to be cedar.
Sign posts and caps retain their details (beveled caps and raised panels) but are constructed out of
wood.
The Chairperson of the Design Review Commission finds that, in accordance with Section 13.9.G.2.i.,
Procedure of the Design Review Board, the requested action is not substantive in nature and is not
contrary to the intent of the original Board decision. Therefore, the request for administrative action, as
described above, is approved.
