ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION
In the matter of the request for administrative action relating to application
#20230340
Exterior Equipment

to approve the location of exterior pool equipment near existing condenser equipment on the south side
of the residence, away from property lines in order to mitigate noise concerns.
The Chairperson of the Design Review Commission finds that, in accordance with Section 13.9.G.2.i.,
Procedure of the Design Review Board, the requested action is not substantive in nature and is not
contrary to the intent of the original Board decision. Therefore, the request for administrative action, as
described above, is approved.
