Dear Susan and Mark:
Broadway 385, LLC would like to thank the Planning Board for approving the requested projectchanges
at the July 25, 2019 Meeting. Thank you also for giving us the opportunity and time to present the
issues, concerns, and solutions we managed to work out with our neighbors.
We'd like to acknowledge the contributions and publicly thank the 18 Division Street Lofts HOA Board,
Sonny Bonacio individually, Ed Mitzen ( Fingerpaint), and Teddy Foster ( UPH ) for their time and effort to
review the Project, discuss mutual concerns and issues, and agree on solutions that benefit both the
Project and our neighbors.
We also wish to thank both The LA Group and Phinney Design for their additional time and effort to
revise our drawings to implement the revised plans for the benefit of both Broadway 385 Project and
our ighbors .
