NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application
#20240490
RISE HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES
I 27 UNION STREET
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #I 78.26-I-48.2, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for Site
Plan Review for a modification to a previously approved site plan for a second-story addition to RISE
headquarters in the Neighborhood Commercial (T-5) District.
And, in accordance with Administrative Site Plan Review in the Unified Development Ordinance,Article I 3.5,
the Chair determined that the proposed change is not material, substantial, or substantive in nature and not
contrary to the intent of the original decision, and therefore;
C� Approved site plan set dated 7/26/2024
The applicant is required to:
- Provide a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City.
- Submit two (2) paper copies and one (I) electronic copy of the final approved site plan set for
signature by the Planning Board Chair within ei�hteen (I 8) months of approval as per Article I 3.5 of
the Unified Development Ordinance.
