And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards,the Design Review Board issues the following
decision on June 26, 2024:
Q Approve with the following conditions:
1. Mass and scale only. Must return for review of exterior details.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual worl< begun.
