Hello Aneisha, We are writing in support of allowing the variance for the proposed garage upgrade at
22 Forest Avenue. We have no issue with the replacement of the current structure with a larger one.
We live across the street to the side, in a smaller house, and our property changed from a one-car
garage to a two car in the early 1960s. We are happy to see our neighbors have a bigger garage!
