Groff is hereby authorized to retain the single family residence and the two-family residence as presently located on the two lots on the premises No. 16 Marion Avenue in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York, being Section 3 Block L , Lot s 91 & 92, on the Assessment Map of the City of Saratoga Springs, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be sub- mitted to and approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., The decision is on the following grounds: The Board modifies its decision of March 13, 1973 in that the Board now permits the applicant to retain the single family residence and the .-two-family residence as presently located on the two lots. Evidence presented by Mr. Groff indicates that he was given to retain the one family house by the former building inspector ofermission City. The Board feels that such permission was unauthorized and is not condoned by this Board, but since Mr. Groff created by improving the house in reliance on the BuildingsIn pector,a thedship Board will permit the house to remain. .
