MINIMUM OF 75% OF PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHT FIXTURES SHALL BE RATED FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY. (I.E.: CFL, LED, ETC.) 1. THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER HAS NOT BEEN RETAINED FOR CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION OR ADMINISTRATION AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIELD CHANGES, CONTRACTOR METHODS, MATERIAL SELECTIONS, PRODUCT PERFORMANCE OR WARRANTY OR SAFETY DURING CONSTRUCTION. 2.
