City of Saratoga Springs- Site Plan Review Application
The approved North Spring Run project was purchased by a new developer, BDC Group LLC (BDC). In reviewing the
approved drawings, BDC requested only one change. In order for the residential units to be more "market-able", we
needed to increase the ceiling height from 8'-0" to 9'-0". Our (4) story building would increase by 4'-0" in height. The
approved building height was 42'-11". The proposed new building height would be 46'-11". The approved zoning
height was 50'-0". This remains under the original Zoning Height limit of 50’-0”. Please note this is the only deviation
from the approved drawings. All site plan drawings and architectural drawings, including elevation materials, remain
identical to that approved.
