The approved North Spring Run project was purchased by a new developer,
BDC North Spring Run LLC (BDC). In reviewing the approved drawings, BDC requested only one change. In order for
the residential units to be more “market-able”, BDC requested an increase of the residential unit ceiling heights from 8’-0”
to 9’-0”. Our (4) story proposed building would therefore increase 4’-0” in height. The approved building height was
42’-11”. The proposed new building height would be 46’-11”. This remains under the original Zoning Height limit of
50’-0”. Please note this is the only deviation from the approved drawings. All site plan drawings and architectural
drawings, including elevation materials, remain identical to that approved.
