Applicant wishes to have MJ Engineering specify a code-compliant over-hang/roof to cover the existing outdoor dog voiding yards to protect from the elements. The chain link fence currently extends 15'outward from the middle portion of the north side of the building. We wish to have this overhang extend 1'north of the existing fence to keep more snow out of this area and to protect dogs from the sun. The fenced in area we wish to cover is+/-95'x8'=760 sq'which equals.017 acres.
