NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Historic Review of new addition over existing structures within the Urban Core/ T-6
District., tax parcel 4165.59-1-29,within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
El Type II action—exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Unified Development
Ordinance, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on May 08, 2024:
El Approve the mass and scale only with the following conditions
1. Applicant to return before the board for Cornice detail, rear parking entry and window section
showing thin brick.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by, J. Gritsavage, seconded by C. Bennett: passed 7-0
