Approval')
Dear Chair Marshall and Planning Board Members:
As you lmow, this Board issued a Conditional Special Use Permit approval at its March 14,
2024 meeting. All conditions with the exception of the pending Site Plan application have been
satisfied. The status of each condition follows:
1. Requested waiver of site plan review not granted.
A Site Plan application was faded and is scheduled to be discussed at the May 9`h, 2024
Planning Board meeting.
2. Reuse of existing freestanding sign structure not approved. DRB review and approval of
the sign required prior to site plan review
DRB approved the proposed sign, as modified, at its April 24, 2024 meeting. The sign
color scheme was modified from its original purple theme to instead consist of wood grain
with raised white letterings. See Exhibit A.

Trash and recycling shall be kept in enclosed containers to be located on the west side of
the building, adjacent to Route 50. If trash and recycling shall exceed two large residential
type containers then an enclosure shall be constructed subject to site plan review.
The Applicant agrees to this condition and will maintain its trash and recycling in two large
residential type containers.
4. The applicant shall submit a narrative and plan of the point -of --sale system.

Hours of operation are as follows: Sun. gam — 6pm, Mon. — Thurs. loam — 9pm, Fri. &
Sat. 9am —1 Opm.

MANAGING THE QUEUE PROCESS
This process is for maintaining and updating the queue of checked in customers/patients.
This is important for accurate reporting of average wait time.
1) Once a customer is checked in, their name automatically appears in the list of
checked in customers, called the queue.
a) Note: Order ahead customers always go to the top of the queue and be
directed to the pick window.
2) All active customers in the queue have an associated wait time.
3) To edit acustomer/patient, select their name. This directs you to their profile.
Update the applicable information, or add customer notes or flags, and "Save."
4) To remove acustomer/patient from the queue, click the "Customer Left" button.
5) Staff have
the ability to see
customers that
are being helped by another
employee
under the "being
helped" section
in the queue.
6) Customers will be automatically removed from the queue once they start building
their cart with a budtender, or at a kiosk.
