Good tidings from I.... I have a project that I would like to get underway for the beginning of September. The new owner Vinny Martino is wanting to restore this building to its former glory. See attached photo. Would like your thoughts initially on the "big picture" renovation. At this time our "phase one" job that we are seeking permission for is: Stripping the remainder of old paint off the brick back to its natural state, cleaning, pointing and sealing. Our closest example of our work would be the Crafters Gallery we did about a decade ago. We would like to paint the cornice, columns, window trim, lentil and sill "white" just like the old photo. Lastly we would like to replace the windows. Currently there are brown aluminum cheap commercial style windows. We would like to install Marvin Metal Clad windows in the color "black" with a 2 over 2 pattern to match the old photo. Do you feel you are able to put me on the consent agenda for this ?
