Re: SCPB Referral Review #24-70MOU - Site Plan Review - 137 Maple Ave High Peaks Canna
A proposed cannabis dispensary to be operated out of an existing 1,980 s.f office building off of Maple
Avenue. The proposed site has eight existing on-site parking spaces with an existing curb cut onto
Maple Ave. Supplemental off-site parking and pedestrian sidewalks are available. There are no
proposed changes to the exterior of the existing site or building.

Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on April 30, 2024.
Reviewed by staff with concurrence of two members of the Saratoga County Planning Board.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of
Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above-noted Site Plan
Review application has been reviewed by staff and with the necessary concurrence of two Board
members has been deemed to present no significant county-wide impacts.
