The final plat shall include the tree protection detail around each of the significant trees (36" Oak, 24" Oak, 24" Oak) on the layout plan. 2. If any of the 3 significant trees identified in above condition are to be removed for future development the applicant shall replace with comparable caliper of trees to the DBH lost. Proposed locations and species of such replacement trees shall be reviewed via administrative action by the Chair. No replacement tree shall be less than 3" caliper. 3. The final plat shall include a note stating that any future construction on the lots shall obtain architectural review approval by the Design Review Board (DRB). 4. New concrete curb ramps shall be installed at both corners of the intersection. 5. The street opening permit shall include a grading plan to be approved by the City Engineer's Office. 6. Satisfaction of all technical comments by City Engineer's Office/DPW. 7. Submit a fee in lieu of dedication of recreation lands for one new lots ($2,000). The applicant is required to complete the following prior to signing of the final plat by the Planning Board Chair: • Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow as a performance guarantee to the City for required on-and off-site improvements. • Submit a fee in lieu of recreation of$2,000 for one new residential lot. • Submit one (I) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerkwithin sixty-two(62)days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law.
