Dear Ms. Barden,
I am the property manager for the Lofts at 18 Division St. I am writing this letter on behalf of the
Board of Managers for The Lofts at 18 Division St. The Board is elected by a majority of owners
to represent the building.
The Board of Managers for the Lofts at 18 Division St. is in full support of the changes the
developers of 385 Broadway have made to the original site plan that will be presented to the
Planning Board on July 25, 2019. The Board of Managers has worked over the past year with the
developers of 385 Broadway to advocate for the interests of the occupants of the Lofts at 18
Division St. and are satisfied with the changes. These changes include establishing a 54 foot
distance between buildings.
As part of this process, the Board of Managers for the Lofts at 18 Division St., 385 Broadway,
Universal Preservation Hall and Fingerpaint have worked collaboratively to create a mid-block
pedestrian connection that will benefit each property as well as the city as a whole.
