We are not in favor of granting the Permanent Special Use Permit to Robin Lau i 11.141 - The
request for a B&B is not in keeping with the quality of our neighborhood, a quiet, respectful
area . The use of the house at 2 Clement Avenue this summer has shown us what we might
expect if a permit is granted---an abundance of cars, late night noise from the porches and
outside areas.
