And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on April 10, 2024: Q Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun.
