4165.60-1-58,within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
Q Unlisted action - The City Planning Board acting as SEQRA lead agent issued a negative declaration of
environmental impact on March 14, 2024.
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Unified Development
Ordinance, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on April 10, 2024:
Q Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has
been issued and actual work begun.
