Dear Amanda:
Pursuant to the discussion last night and the request of the ZBA, attached you will find the floor plans for
the second floor of the garage which is the subject of this application. This space is left intentionally open
and will be used as studio space for art. Given the discussion and recommendation of the board last night,
we would be amenable to amending our application to remove the shower in order to facilitate the granting
of this variance request.
Please add this application to the August 5, 2019 Zoning Board of Appeals' agenda and advise if anything
further is required. Thank you.
