In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6I 7, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
Q Type II action -exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article
240-7.5 Historic Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on March 20, 2024:
Q Approve with the following conditions:
1) French doors to be installed at front Balcony
21 Smooth finish (not textured) for the exterior Board and batten siding
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
