Mr. Simpson,
During our hearing for requested variances on Monday March 18th, we were asked to
provide a comparison of relative sizes of homes within the neighborhood. This
request was made to demonstrate our proposed additions are not creating a home
that is excessively larger than others along the street.
Below is a summary identifying seven homes, located between East Avenue and
Schuyler Drive, which are reported to be larger based on total floor area. This
information has been taken from publicly available tax records and includes living
space, garages, and porches.
