It is based on a car-centric suburban model. 3/15/24, 8:42 AM Zimbra https://m.saratoga-springs.org/h/printmessage?id=27257&tz=America/New_York 2/2 1. parking and vehicular circulation should be concentrated to the rear of the building 2. the stormwater facility should not have a fence - or it should be moved to the back of the property 3.the stormwater facility should be better integrated into the landscape, use it as a feature to focus a beer garden/ outdoor lounge facility. 4. This site plan needs to better serve people arriving by bike or foot. 5. It is an uninspired suburban crappy site plan.
