The pedestrian safety between the intersections of Rock/Maple and Rock/Rt. 50 is already a dangerous situation. The amount of traffic and quick turn-over generated by this facility will make these intersections even more dangerous. I urge the city and the state DOT to develop the pedestrian safety facilities to be best in class to make this area safer for walkers. 2. It is located on the walk to school for children who live west of Rt. 50 and commute to Lake Ave. 3.
