The proposed site has eight existing off-street parking spaces with an existing curb cut onto Maple Ave. Supplemental off-site employee parking and on-street parking is provided as well as pedestin sidewalks. There are no proposed changes to the exterior of the existing site. Location: Maple Avenue (NYS RT 9/50)) Tax Map #: 165.44-2-34 Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on February 15, 2024. Reviewed by staff with concurrence of two members of the Saratoga County Planning Board. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above-noted Special Use Permit Review application has been reviewed by staff and with the necessary concurrence of two Board members has been deemed to present no significant county-wide impacts.
