Inc. Application for Special Use Permit 9 Gridley Street Dear Ms. Barden: On behalf of my client, thank you for taking the time to meet with us regarding the above referenced application. I am writing in order to make a correction to the narrative I submitted in support of the application. The narrative states on page 3 under the section entitled "Improvements on Nelson Avenue Frontage" that the sidewalk and curbing in this location were completed at my client's expense. This was my understanding at the time the application was signed by me and submitted to the Planning Department. After speaking further with my client following our meeting today, I understand that this statement is incorrect as these improvements were in fact installed by the City as part of a larger drainage improvement project. I would kindly ask that the application narrative be modified by this letter in order to reflect the within correction. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
