Comments I am against the granting of an Area Variance to Stewart's
Marion Ave project. The variance will only enhance the
expansion to this project which has go from replacing the
existing Stewart shop to adding a new large commercial
building. The three commercial buildings Stewart shop, car
wash and commercial building will add a large volume of traffic
to this area, not to mention the noise that would be generated

into the surrounding neighborhood. Please consider the impact
that this project will have on the surrounding neighborhoods
and the impact to the city as a whole.
