Comments The Stewart's Marion Avenue proposed project development is
not in scale with our neighborhood community. It is a massive
commercial development in an area not zoned Commercial.
The Zoning Variance request by Stewart's for an 8 ft. setback
vs the require 40 ft. setback is extreme and shows complete
disregard for the existing zoning regulations. This proposal will
only damage our neighborhood community by bringing
increased traffic, air and noise pollution and decrease the
values of our homes. This is the most recent of numerous
continuous Stewart's proposals which have been voted down
repeatedly. Stewart's could to be a better neighbor and work
cooperatively with our neighborhood so all of our needs can be
met. It is imperative the Zoning Board of Appeals honor the City
of Saratoga Springs Comprehensive Master Plan and vote NO
to this project proposal.
