All 5 of these properties are within 0.4 miles from our property, located in UR2 and have attached garages that are accessed from the corner side street. While the measurement to the property line may not be exact as we do not have surveys on all properties, it is clear and obvious they do not meet the 25' rear setback requirement based on the properties legal address. The 5 examples are: • 219 Division St. : 0.1 miles away, attached garage accessed via Myrtle St., approximately 12.81' from rear yard property line • 225 Division St. : 300 ft away, attached garage access via Bensonhurst Ave, approximately 11.58' from rear property line • 66 Hyde St.: 0.4 miles away. attached garage accessed via Oak St., approximately 15.9' from rear property line • 224 Grand Ave: 0.4 miles away, attached garage accessed via Hyde St., approximately 14.33' from rear property line • 74 Oak St. : 0.4 miles away, attached garage accessed via Walnut St., approximately 4.92' from rear property line If this is not acceptable proof or anything further is needed, please let me know so that I can be prepared prior to the next hearing.
