Julia,
My wife and I were shocked to learn that the Planning Board
gave a favorable decision for 86 Ludlow Street subdivision. We
want to voice, once again, to the Zoning Board that we are
opposed to the subdivision of 86 Ludlow Street. I encourage all
Zoning Board members to please drive to the property. Once
seen, I can’t imagine how anyone could approve a
subdivision. My prior email is attached.
Best,
Jeff Amling
This is Jeff Amling and this message is about my concerns
regarding the zoning change request for 86 Ludlow St. I have
owned 84 Ludlow for the past 19 years .
I strongly object to the proposed sub division of the 86 Lot!
Why?
The property is already non conforming and the lot too
small for the dwellings on it. Why should it be further
subdivided?
The proposed change is not in keeping with the
neighborhood, esp when considering the recent material
renovations that have been done to many nearby homes.

Don’t know how this proposed zoning change would set a
future precedent to other future development, but I wouldn’t
view that as favorable to our neighborhood?
Thx for your time and for your service to Saratoga.
