Comments If the immediate neighbor to the East does not have an
objection to the extension along the 8ft incursion, then I have
no objection as long of the property maintains its Residential –
2 (UR-2) that maintains the property as a single family
residential home that is owner occupied. Actually shouldn't the
whole thing be grandfathered since the building predates
current zoning restriction, and while 8ft is substandard, the plot
plan shows the extension isn't impinging on those 8ft in width
but extending it in depth?
