Previously, on November 30, 2024, members of our senior management team appeared before you to raise some concerns about the Tree House project which neighbors our property. Specifically, the concern was noise form the outdoor eating and drinking and associated music spilling over into our site, and the location of public areas close to the property line. Since that November 30th meeting, myself and other Four Winds staff have met with Sarah Maggi Morin of Tree House Brewing Company and their attorney, John Cannie, who is copied on this email, to discuss mitigation of our concerns. In those meetings Tree House has presented us with a revised site plan and noise study for the proposed project. The removal of the pavilion in the rear alleviated the concerns of Tree House patrons close to our property line. Additionally, the sound study presented to us provides Four Winds with sufficient security that the noise from amplified music will not disrupt the service we provide to our patients. Based upon the revisions made to the site plan and our review of the sound study, Four Winds fully supports the project as proposed. We appreciate Tree House’s willingness to listen to our concerns and work with our team to achieve a mutually agreeable project. We look forward to having them as neighbors. Sincerely, Eric Weinstein COO and General Counsel Four Winds Hospital (914) 763-8151 Ext. 2417 2/7/24, 3:58 PM Zimbra https://m.saratoga-springs.org/h/printmessage?id=25383&tz=America/New_York 3/3
