SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY I 2866 Involving the premises with tax parcel # I 65.-2-85, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for a permanent special use permit for a vehicle dealership — enclosed only in the Neighborhood Center (T-5) District. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7, the Planning Board classified the action as a Type II SEQRA Action: • ( I 8) reuse of a residential or commercial structure, or of a structure containing mixed residential and commercial uses, where the residential or commercial use is a permitted use under the applicable zoning law or ordinance, including permitted by special use permit; Having properly noticed and conducted a public hearing on January I I , 2024 as required on the proposed use; And, upon evaluation of the application based on the City's enumerated evaluation criteria to ensure that the proposed use(s) will not adversely affect surrounding properties and community character; And, in accordance with the approval standards set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance, article I 3.4 "Special Use", the Planning Board issues the following decision on January I I , 2024 (passed 5-0 — in favor: Pingel, Marshall, McTygue, Morrison, King): C� Issue a permanent special use permit to use a portion of the existin� buildin� for used car sales — office and enclosed stora�e of vehicles for sale — to be located within the rear, interior tenant space (approx. I ,350 sq. ft.). Condition: • Applicant shall submit an application for site plan review for administrative review by the Planning Board Chair.
