TOOHEY (Of Counsel) February 6, 2024 Planning Board - City of Saratoga Springs 474 Broadway Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Re: 3376 South Broadway, Saratoga Springs — Amendment and Supplemental Materials to SUP and Site Plan Applications Dear Board Members, As you are aware, our firm represents THBC NY, LLC (the "Applicant") with respect to the development of the above -referenced property as a facility for the Micro -Production of Alcohol and Eating and Drinking Establishment with Outdoor Dining, as such uses are defined in the Unified Development Ordinance. The Application for the Special Use Permit ("SUP") for the Outdoor Dining is set for an appearance on February 8, at which time we hope the Board will conduct SEQR review. The Site Plan Application we anticipate being on the next agenda. Enclosed please find the following updates, responses and supplemental materials, which should be included in both Application sets: 1. Updated/Revised Site Plan 2. Updated SWPPP 3. Updated Landscaping Plan 4. Wetland Delineation Report 5. Engineer's Report 6. Response to Comment Letter for Third -Party Engineer Review 7. Final OPRHP Sign off letter 8. Revised SEQR FEAF Part 1 and Part 2 9. SEQR Narrative 10. Acoustic Analysis We request that these supplemental materials be added to the file for both the SUP and site plan applications, for the Board to review prior to our next appearance.
