Lombard property at #174 York St. within a UR-2 district.
- Lot Area: 6,600 sq.ft. required / 5,000 sq.ft. existing lot area
- Lot Width: 60’-0 required / 50’-0 existing
- Min. Side Yard: 8’-0 required / 2.1’ & 2.4’ existing / proposed
- Total Side Yard: 20’-0 min. req. / 4.5’ existing / proposed
Proposed Coverage: Existing House with Additions
2000 sq. ft. (+/-) = 40% = 40% max. allowed
Proposed Driveway & Walks: 600 sq. ft. (+/-)
