As Discussed, Existing Slate Roofing Material Should Be Removed Prior To Re -Locating The Main
House & Detached Carriage House. Said Structures, When Transporting, Will Likely Cause Rafters,
Underlayment's & Existing Slate Roofing Materials To Shift & Loosen. Pinnacle Roofing Would Not
Be Interested In This Project & Could Not Guarantee Workmanship Based On Fastening Concerns
And Long Term Roof Integrity. We Would Highly Recommend The Installation Of "Synthetic" Slate
Product (i.e. DaVinci, Other) Which His Highly "Aesthetic" And Can Be Warrantied (Both Product &
Workmanship). We Have Multiple Installations In Saratoga/Saratoga Region For Your Inspection &
Consideration.
