Goals
•To obtain approval for replacement of the original front porch
•To obtain approval for a Secondary Dwelling at 24 Jumel Place.
–Secondary Dwelling is solely for the owner’s part-time use for spending Spring to Fall seasons with their family who is living in the area.
–Secondary Dwelling will/can not be used for rental purposes.
–The Primary Structure is presently (and will continue to be) used as a year-round rental.
•To present comparable neighborhood properties to the Zoning Board to supplement information requested during the 12/11/2023 meeting.
•Properties include:
–Similar sized parcels with occupied units in detached garages.
–Similar sized parcels containing 2-4 family dwellings
•Updated site plan showing parking configuration for 3+ cars.
