Project Address 395 Broadway 1/24/24, 9:29 AM Zimbra https://m.saratoga-springs.org/h/printmessage?id=24590&tz=America/New_York 2/2 Comments I object to the permanent taking of the public right-of-way to gain entrance into a private business when access into the building should be addressed within the footprint of the building. Additionally: *These steps, especially the south east corner of them closest to the Adelphi could be a trip hazard when people are not paying attention (ex: on their phones) *Giving them the ability to do this will create a difficult precedent where the local government allows encroachment on public space. Thank you. Sincerely, Jason Thomas Attach Photo (optional)Field not completed. Email not displaying correctly? View it in your browser.
