Comments I object to the permanent taking of the public right-of-way to
gain entrance into a private business when access into the
building should be addressed within the footprint of the
building.
Additionally:
*These steps, especially the south east corner of them closest
to the Adelphi could be a trip hazard when people are not
paying attention (ex: on their phones)
*Giving them the ability to do this will create a difficult
precedent where the local government allows encroachment on
public space.
