Variances for this parcel were granted on January 31, 2022, but have expired. The applicant currently has a building permit application under review by the building department and a sanitary sewer extension application has been submitted to the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to service the building. The applicant desires to move forward with the project and therefore we are reapplying. In the interim the zoning of the neighborhood has changed from UR – 4A to UR – 4. This has caused the removal of two required variances and the addition of one, so the required number of variances has decreased from five to four. We have included the Notice of Decision from the original application. We look forward to presenting this project to your Board.
