Overall height will be +/- 32’ Proposed materials and colors to blend into the surroundings Key Points 11 •There are 5 acres of land of which only 1.9 acres is allowed to be developed. Significant buffer between church structure and development. (There is at least 250 feet which is a Permanent Conservation Area) •Structure is designed to be residential in nature and blend into the natural context with materials/colors and thus be compatible with the neighborhood. •There is a precedent of other churches within a neighborhood context within the City •Applicant has agreed to eliminate exit drive out to Bog Meadow Rd. to minimize traffic. •Proposed entry to church is located to provide adequate sight distance. •Church traffic is restricted to Sunday mornings between 9 and 12 AM. – Average attendance is 75 people with very limited usage during the week. •Church parking has been reduced to allow for green space. Overflow parking will be reinforced turf to allow permeability. •Water usage of church is less than a 4 BR house. (375 gallons per day in contrast to 440 gal/day)
