Comments The stairs/entrance on the Broadway side of the building are
not in keeping with the look/feel of downtown Saratoga Springs.
In addition they are enticing to vagrants who will sit/nap on
them and to skateboarders who will damage them like the do
the stairs etc in Congress Park. The sidewalk being reduced
will cause more congestion making it unwelcoming to
pedestrians. The stairs should be placed inside the building's
footprint and should not be taking up the public walkway.
