Comments Public space should not be ceded to developer for private use
(to build staircase). That section of Broadway is very busy and
narrowing the historic sidewalk will create a log jam. The new
stairs will attract loiterers, a bad look for this historic city.
Please encourage the developers to create their access
INSIDE the building, as is entirely possible. The lone obstacle
to this is cost, and that is not the taxpayers problem. Thanks for
considering my opinion.
