The final plat shall include 4 street trees to be installed along Park PI. and 2 street trees to be installed along Regent St. 2. The final plat shall include installation of full curbing and repair of the brick sidewalk. 3. The final plat shall include a landscape plan (replacement or mitigation) for removal of any of the significant trees on-site (36" Oak, 24" Oak, 24" Oak). 4. The final plat shall include a note stating that any future construction on the lots shall obtain architectural review approval by the Design Review Board (DRB). 5. Satisfaction of all technical comments by City Engineer's Office/DPW. Approval of the preliminary plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless final plat is submitted per Article I 4 of the UDO.
